An independent duplex villa where two worlds were brought together - the client wanted a neo-classical theme while he wife was leaning towards a more vernacular theme for the interiors of the home. Arriving at a consensus, we decided to design the ground floor of the home to suit a vernacular theme while the first floor was readapted to resemble a neo-classical home. These two worlds were brought together and connected with details and material textures that became the touch points for the home.
