A few mins drive from the central lake of Kodaikanal is a lovely ancestral property in need of well-deserved love and care. The owner wanted this space that can be ideal for a recluse as well as for a bumbling party with multiple guests - it was to be a space that is great for a social yet intimate gathering as well as a space that could be enjoyed in solitude. We redesigned and renovated the home in a cottage core theme with special features such - a sun room (for poker), a terrace bar area and a cozy reading nook below the stairs.
